Katsirubas Brothers has been around for over 100 years and continues to be family­ owned. Our partner David F. is committed to getting us fresh and high-quality products on time and when we need it. He helps us to make ingredient choices that will entice our customer’s taste buds and support menu strategies that keep us unique.

 

Shirazi Distribution­ Boston ­

Shirazi has been in business for over 25 years and is family­ owned. Our partner Ralph works closely with the owners to keep us up to date with the most current and relevant products available to our customers. Their reliable service and adaptability to the needs of our customers is a big reason why we trust them.

 

Speedwell Coffee Roaster ­Plymouth­

Speedwell is a young yet tireless group of individuals who are knowledgeable and passionate about all things coffee. Former cafe’ owners themselves, they began roasting on the side and that was it, they were hooked! Our partner Derek is both hands­ on and trustworthy. He and his team are honest and informative while keeping our needs in mind and applying no pressure.

 

Twist Bakery ­Millis­

Twist Bakery owner and head baker, Kathryn, just celebrated her 5th year at Twist Bakery. 100% dedicated to gluten free products, equipment, ingredients and processes; Flavor is the #1 priority followed by integrity. Period. Her gluten-free awareness, training, and high expectations are the center of her success. We look forward to bringing Winchester some outrageous baked goods. In fact, Derek recently returned from Guatemala, whereupon he introduced us to El Consuelo, which we will now be serving!

We were introduced to the Tea Master, Lisa Marie, by David F. of Katsiroubas. Lisa and her team enable us to offer the finest whole leaf teas directly from the farm. Lisa has helped us choose several teas with you in mind. We look forward to sharing the black pu erh (pronounced poo-air), almond oolong and the japanese sencha with you at the FULLer CUP.
